One thing I know, encouragers need to be encouraged. This is why I go to God first thing in the morning. This is why I also read others’ work of encouragement through blog posts, books, short articles, and devotionals. This is why I listen to uplifting music. This is why I listen to motivating speakers. All these things raise my spirit. What I put into myself matters because it directly impacts both my own heart and mind and those around me. Every. Single. Day.

What we put into our hearts and minds, comes out.
My “Morning Musings” are daily inspirations to help encourage you by what encourages me.
Today, we’re going to do something a little different. I’m curious if you’d be willing to share encouragement too. Would you be willing to share with others today one thing that has encouraged you recently?
I’m confident whatever has encouraged you will encourage someone else too.
Inspiration comes from many, not just one.
If you’re willing, please share your encouragement story in a comment right here on my blog below, my Facebook comment section of this post, or on my Linkedin comment section of this blog post.
Remember, a good man/woman brings good things out of what is stored up in his/her heart. Let’s bring the good things out today.
Scripture:
Luke 6:45 – A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.
Matthew 12:34-35 – For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of. A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in him, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in him.

Thank you Michelle
you are so right, encourager’s need to be encouraged. They need to fill their cup to keep encouraging when they can. I too go to God right away in the morning. I too fill my mind with His word, read books of “real life” from those who have over come trials with Him, and daily devotions and blogs. Thank you for what you do. You encourage me.. May I encourage you to continue to post and lift up others.
God bless you ~ Tamara
Tamara, thank you! You have no idea how much your words just encouraged me. I’ve been sitting in my writing room wondering if I should post anything today. Now I know I need to. Thank you! And how wonderful to know you are up first thing in the morning spending time with God Himself. May He fill your cup today and may you be blessed abundantly.
